Look Up had been born out of a simple question, a casual ask to T Bone Burnett: “Got a song for me?” What followed was a flood of inspiration, nine heartfelt tracks that pulled Ringo back into the country roots he’d always loved but hadn’t explored in decades.

With T Bone at the helm and a lineup of incredible collaborators—Billy Strings, Molly Tuttle, Alison Krauss—Ringo found himself diving headfirst into the music. The sessions, split between Nashville’s warmth and Los Angeles’ energy, became a labor of love, each song crafted with care and filled with stories of resilience, gratitude, and joy.

The album’s final track, “Thankful,” summed up the journey. With Krauss’ haunting harmonies and Ringo’s unmistakable drumming, it was a fitting close to an unexpected chapter.
